Pokles zp\u016fsobilo zejm\u00e9na opakovan\u00e9 uzav\u0159en\u00ed HORECA sektoru, tradi\u010dn\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho odbyti\u0161t\u011b lik\u00e9rn\u00edk\u016f, a tak\u00e9 odliv turist\u016f a zahrani\u010dn\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm alkoholick\u00fdm n\u00e1pojem se b\u011bhem pandemie stalo v\u00edno. V maloobchod\u011b se jej v prvn\u00edch dev\u00edti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch roku 2021 prodalo o 17 % v\u00edce ne\u017e ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed v roce 2019. Pro porovn\u00e1n\u00ed prodeje piva v prodejn\u00e1ch vzrostly o 4 %, lihovin o 17 %, ztr\u00e1ty t\u011bchto v\u00fdrobk\u016f v gastronomii v\u0161ak dosahuj\u00ed 46 % u piva a 54 % u lihovin. Prodej v\u00edna v gastronomii \u010din\u00ed jenom malou \u010d\u00e1st celkov\u00e9ho prodeje.<\/p><h2><b>Pan\u00e1ka pouze v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b, pivo n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t do t\u00fddne <\/b><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle pr\u016fzkumu agentury Ipsos realizovan\u00e9ho pro Unii v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR v\u202fkv\u011btnu 2021 pat\u0159\u00ed k\u202fnejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm alkoholick\u00fdm n\u00e1poj\u016fm pivo, b\u00edl\u00e9 v\u00edno a pot\u00e9 lihoviny. Alkoholick\u00fd n\u00e1poj si \u010ce\u0161i vyb\u00edraj\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u011b podle chuti, d\u00e1le pak podle p\u0159edchoz\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti, zna\u010dky nebo ceny. V\u011bt\u0161ina si dop\u0159\u00e1v\u00e1 pan\u00e1ka lihoviny pouze p\u0159i v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech, jako jsou oslavy \u010di posezen\u00ed s\u202fp\u0159\u00e1teli. P\u0159itom tyto n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00ed ten sam\u00fd alkohol jako lihoviny, a co nav\u00edc, vypije se ho ve form\u011b piva a v\u00edna 3x v\u00edce. St\u00e1tn\u00ed kasa ale za 3x v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed objem utr\u017e\u00ed o 40 % m\u00e9n\u011b,\u201c<\/i> uv\u00e1d\u00ed <b>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel UVDL \u010cR.<\/b><\/p><h2><b>Alkohol je jen jeden<\/b><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za\u017eit\u00e1 p\u0159edstava o rozd\u011blen\u00ed alkoholu na tvrd\u00fd a m\u011bkk\u00fd stoj\u00ed tak trochu na vod\u011b. Alkohol je jen jeden, li\u0161\u00ed se jen jeho koncentrace. Ve velk\u00e9m 12\u00b0 pivu je ho nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00edce, ne\u017e ve velk\u00e9m pan\u00e1ku vodky. \u017de \u010ce\u0161i v\u016fbec netu\u0161\u00ed, jak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed alkoholu zkonzumuj\u00ed, pokud pij\u00ed pivo r\u016fzn\u00e9 stup\u0148ovitosti a v r\u016fzn\u00fdch porc\u00edch, skleni\u010dku v\u00edna nebo pan\u00e1k lihoviny, potvrdil pr\u016fzkum realizovan\u00fd agenturou Ipsos na podzim 2020. Za n\u00e1poj s\u202fnejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem alkoholu ozna\u010duje dev\u011bt z\u202fdeseti respondent\u016f velk\u00fd pan\u00e1k 40% lihoviny (0,04 l m\u00e1 16g alkoholu). V\u00edce alkoholu p\u0159itom obsahuje sklenka b\u00edl\u00e9ho v\u00edna (2 dcl \u2013 a\u017e 22 g alkoholu) nebo velk\u00e9 10\u00b0 pivo (0,5 l m\u00e1 v\u202fpr\u016fm\u011bru 20 g alkoholu). Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto v\u00fdsledk\u016f spustila Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR eduka\u010dn\u00ed kampa\u0148 na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch s\u202fkomiksovou postavi\u010dkou \u2013 Pepou V\u00edpilem, kter\u00fd vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee nen\u00ed a\u017e tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 co, ale kolik toho lid\u00e9 vypij\u00ed. Pokles zp\u016fsobilo zejm\u00e9na opakovan\u00e9 uzav\u0159en\u00ed HORECA sektoru, tradi\u010dn\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho odbyti\u0161t\u011b lik\u00e9rn\u00edk\u016f, a tak\u00e9 odliv turist\u016f a zahrani\u010dn\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm alkoholick\u00fdm n\u00e1pojem se b\u011bhem pandemie stalo v\u00edno. V maloobchod\u011b se jej v prvn\u00edch dev\u00edti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch roku 2021 prodalo o 17 % v\u00edce ne\u017e ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed v roce 2019. Pro porovn\u00e1n\u00ed prodeje piva v prodejn\u00e1ch vzrostly o 4 %, lihovin o 17 %, ztr\u00e1ty t\u011bchto v\u00fdrobk\u016f v gastronomii v\u0161ak dosahuj\u00ed 46 % u piva a 54 % u lihovin. Prodej v\u00edna v gastronomii \u010din\u00ed jenom malou \u010d\u00e1st celkov\u00e9ho prodeje.<\/p><h2><b>Pan\u00e1ka pouze v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b, pivo n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t do t\u00fddne <\/b><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle pr\u016fzkumu agentury Ipsos realizovan\u00e9ho pro Unii v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR v\u202fkv\u011btnu 2021 pat\u0159\u00ed k\u202fnejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm alkoholick\u00fdm n\u00e1poj\u016fm pivo, b\u00edl\u00e9 v\u00edno a pot\u00e9 lihoviny. Alkoholick\u00fd n\u00e1poj si \u010ce\u0161i vyb\u00edraj\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u011b podle chuti, d\u00e1le pak podle p\u0159edchoz\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti, zna\u010dky nebo ceny. V\u011bt\u0161ina si dop\u0159\u00e1v\u00e1 pan\u00e1ka lihoviny pouze p\u0159i v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech, jako jsou oslavy \u010di posezen\u00ed s\u202fp\u0159\u00e1teli. P\u0159itom tyto n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00ed ten sam\u00fd alkohol jako lihoviny, a co nav\u00edc, vypije se ho ve form\u011b piva a v\u00edna 3x v\u00edce. St\u00e1tn\u00ed kasa ale za 3x v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed objem utr\u017e\u00ed o 40 % m\u00e9n\u011b,\u201c<\/i> uv\u00e1d\u00ed <b>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel UVDL \u010cR.<\/b><\/p><h2><b>Alkohol je jen jeden<\/b><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za\u017eit\u00e1 p\u0159edstava o rozd\u011blen\u00ed alkoholu na tvrd\u00fd a m\u011bkk\u00fd stoj\u00ed tak trochu na vod\u011b. Alkohol je jen jeden, li\u0161\u00ed se jen jeho koncentrace. Ve velk\u00e9m 12\u00b0 pivu je ho nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00edce, ne\u017e ve velk\u00e9m pan\u00e1ku vodky. \u017de \u010ce\u0161i v\u016fbec netu\u0161\u00ed, jak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed alkoholu zkonzumuj\u00ed, pokud pij\u00ed pivo r\u016fzn\u00e9 stup\u0148ovitosti a v r\u016fzn\u00fdch porc\u00edch, skleni\u010dku v\u00edna nebo pan\u00e1k lihoviny, potvrdil pr\u016fzkum realizovan\u00fd agenturou Ipsos na podzim 2020. Za n\u00e1poj s\u202fnejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem alkoholu ozna\u010duje dev\u011bt z\u202fdeseti respondent\u016f velk\u00fd pan\u00e1k 40% lihoviny (0,04 l m\u00e1 16g alkoholu). V\u00edce alkoholu p\u0159itom obsahuje sklenka b\u00edl\u00e9ho v\u00edna (2 dcl \u2013 a\u017e 22 g alkoholu) nebo velk\u00e9 10\u00b0 pivo (0,5 l m\u00e1 v\u202fpr\u016fm\u011bru 20 g alkoholu).
