2026.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b49fb1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b49fb1f\" sousedn\u00edch zem\u00edch, V\u00e1s \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me o dal\u0161\u00ed nezvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny od 1. 1. 2025 a 1. 1. 2026.<\/em>\u201c p\u00ed\u0161e v\u00a0dopise mimo jin\u00e9 Ing. Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel UVDL.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Svou \u017e\u00e1dost Unie zd\u016fvod\u0148uje v\u00fdvojem prodeje lihovin, negativn\u00edm vlivem na konzumaci alkoholu obecn\u011b a n\u00edzk\u00fdm v\u00fdb\u011brem spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b do st\u00e1tn\u00ed pokladny.\u00a0 Prodeje v\u00fdrobc\u016f lihovin sdru\u017een\u00fdch v UVDL poklesly za 1. pololet\u00ed 2024 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku o v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 %. UVDL proto d\u016frazn\u011b varuje z\u00e1stupce vl\u00e1dn\u00edch i opozi\u010dn\u00edch stran, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b v letech 2025\u20132026 bude pro cel\u00fd sektor likvida\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201eD\u016fvodem v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho poklesu jsou neuskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1kupy \u010desk\u00fdch spot\u0159ebitel\u016f z\u00a0d\u016fvodu velk\u00e9ho r\u016fstu maloobchodn\u00edch cen nebo jejich n\u00e1kupy v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed, kde jsou d\u00edky ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani i p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prodejn\u00ed ceny. V\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je prodej ovlivn\u011bn i odlivem z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f z\u00a0N\u011bmecka a Rakouska, kde se prodejn\u00ed ceny d\u00edky ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani staly pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edky p\u0159ijateln\u00fdmi a nevyplat\u00ed se jim ji\u017e nakupovat v\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdch pohrani\u010dn\u00edch obchodech,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje Ing. Darebn\u00edk.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd prodej lihovin neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee by se t\u00edm u n\u00e1s v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eila spot\u0159eba alkoholu. Velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st konzument\u016f se dlouhodob\u011b p\u0159esouv\u00e1 ke konzumaci ostatn\u00edch kategori\u00ed alkoholu, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad nekvalitn\u00ed tich\u00e9 v\u00edno, jeho\u017e spot\u0159eba, jako jedin\u00e9ho alkoholu nad\u00e1le roste (viz infografika n\u00ed\u017ee). P\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 UVDL rovn\u011b\u017e upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148 na lihoviny neznamen\u00e1 ani vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem do st\u00e1tn\u00ed pokladny. M\u00edsto vl\u00e1dou o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9mu nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o 0,5 \u2013 1 mld K\u010d se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee bude ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobci a dovozci lihovin (v\u010detn\u011b mal\u00fdch p\u011bstitelsk\u00fdch p\u00e1lenic) ji\u017e nyn\u00ed do st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu odv\u00e1d\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 12 mld. K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b, z toho 9 mld. K\u010d \u010din\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148. Tato \u010d\u00e1stka tvo\u0159\u00ed 63 % celkov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161e spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b z alkoholu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e lihoviny tvo\u0159\u00ed pouze 28 % celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby alkoholu. V\u00fdrobci piva, resp. v\u00edna odv\u00e1d\u00ed 31 %, resp. 4 % celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b, a to v situaci, kdy spot\u0159eba piva \u010din\u00ed 31 % a spot\u0159eba v\u00edna 24 % celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby alkoholu v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice (detaily naleznete v infografice n\u00ed\u017ee).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dal\u0161\u00ed navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny proto UVDL pova\u017euje za nespravedliv\u00e9 a diskrimina\u010dn\u00ed vzhledem ke skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee sazba spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b se m\u00e1 v\u00a0roce 2025 a 2026 navy\u0161ovat pouze pro kategorii lihovin. \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me o dal\u0161\u00ed nezvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny od 1. 1. 2025 a 1. 1. 2026.<\/em>\u201c p\u00ed\u0161e v\u00a0dopise mimo jin\u00e9 Ing. Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel UVDL.<\/p><p>Svou \u017e\u00e1dost Unie zd\u016fvod\u0148uje v\u00fdvojem prodeje lihovin, negativn\u00edm vlivem na konzumaci alkoholu obecn\u011b a n\u00edzk\u00fdm v\u00fdb\u011brem spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b do st\u00e1tn\u00ed pokladny.\u00a0 Prodeje v\u00fdrobc\u016f lihovin sdru\u017een\u00fdch v UVDL poklesly za 1. pololet\u00ed 2024 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku o v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 %. UVDL proto d\u016frazn\u011b varuje z\u00e1stupce vl\u00e1dn\u00edch i opozi\u010dn\u00edch stran, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b v letech 2025\u20132026 bude pro cel\u00fd sektor likvida\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p><p><em>\u201eD\u016fvodem v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho poklesu jsou neuskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1kupy \u010desk\u00fdch spot\u0159ebitel\u016f z\u00a0d\u016fvodu velk\u00e9ho r\u016fstu maloobchodn\u00edch cen nebo jejich n\u00e1kupy v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed, kde jsou d\u00edky ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani i p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prodejn\u00ed ceny. V\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je prodej ovlivn\u011bn i odlivem z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f z\u00a0N\u011bmecka a Rakouska, kde se prodejn\u00ed ceny d\u00edky ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani staly pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edky p\u0159ijateln\u00fdmi a nevyplat\u00ed se jim ji\u017e nakupovat v\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdch pohrani\u010dn\u00edch obchodech,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje Ing. Darebn\u00edk.<\/p><p>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd prodej lihovin neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee by se t\u00edm u n\u00e1s v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eila spot\u0159eba alkoholu. Velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st konzument\u016f se dlouhodob\u011b p\u0159esouv\u00e1 ke konzumaci ostatn\u00edch kategori\u00ed alkoholu, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad nekvalitn\u00ed tich\u00e9 v\u00edno, jeho\u017e spot\u0159eba, jako jedin\u00e9ho alkoholu nad\u00e1le roste (viz infografika n\u00ed\u017ee). P\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 UVDL rovn\u011b\u017e upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148 na lihoviny neznamen\u00e1 ani vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem do st\u00e1tn\u00ed pokladny. M\u00edsto vl\u00e1dou o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9mu nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o 0,5 \u2013 1 mld K\u010d se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee bude ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce.<\/p><p>\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobci a dovozci lihovin (v\u010detn\u011b mal\u00fdch p\u011bstitelsk\u00fdch p\u00e1lenic) ji\u017e nyn\u00ed do st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu odv\u00e1d\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 12 mld. K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b, z toho 9 mld. K\u010d \u010din\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148. Tato \u010d\u00e1stka tvo\u0159\u00ed 63 % celkov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161e spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b z alkoholu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e lihoviny tvo\u0159\u00ed pouze 28 % celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby alkoholu. V\u00fdrobci piva, resp. v\u00edna odv\u00e1d\u00ed 31 %, resp. 4 % celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b, a to v situaci, kdy spot\u0159eba piva \u010din\u00ed 31 % a spot\u0159eba v\u00edna 24 % celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby alkoholu v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice (detaily naleznete v infografice n\u00ed\u017ee).<\/p><p>Dal\u0161\u00ed navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny proto UVDL pova\u017euje za nespravedliv\u00e9 a diskrimina\u010dn\u00ed vzhledem ke skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee sazba spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b se m\u00e1 v\u00a0roce 2025 a 2026 navy\u0161ovat pouze pro kategorii lihovin.
