D\u016fvodem je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm opakovan\u00e9 uzav\u0159en\u00ed HORECA sektoru, kter\u00fd je tradi\u010dn\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm odbyti\u0161t\u011bm lik\u00e9rn\u00edk\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 odliv turist\u016f a zahrani\u010dn\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Celkov\u00e9 tr\u017eby za prodej lihovin v gastronomii (on-trade) se vlivem karant\u00e9nn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eily o 2,2 mld. K\u010d. P\u0159esto st\u00e1t na spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani za lihoviny v lednu a\u017e \u0159\u00edjnu ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm v roce 2019 vybral pouze o 240 mil. K\u010d m\u00e9n\u011b. M\u016f\u017ee za to extr\u00e9mn\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny o 13,2 % od 1. ledna 2020. Mezi alkoholick\u00fdmi n\u00e1poji jsou p\u0159itom lihoviny zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u00ed nejv\u00edce i p\u0159esto, \u017ee jejich spot\u0159eba \u010din\u00ed pouze 27 % z celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby alkoholu v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b49fb1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b49fb1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky (UVDL \u010cR) zaznamenala za leden a\u017e \u0159\u00edjen ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159edchoz\u00edm rokem pokles prodej\u016f sv\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f o 38 % a do konce roku zlep\u0161en\u00ed i p\u0159es tradi\u010dn\u011b siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed sv\u00e1tky neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1. <em>\u201eUzav\u0159en\u00ed HORECA segmentu v p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed je pro n\u00e1s velkou ranou. V gastronomii se prod\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 50 % celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby lihovin. Tyto ztr\u00e1ty nejsou schopny vykompenzovat i m\u00edrn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed prodeje v maloobchod\u011b. Zat\u00edmco konzumenti piva a v\u00edna p\u0159e\u0161li hojn\u011b na n\u00e1kup t\u011bchto n\u00e1poj\u016f v maloobchod\u011b, u lihovin je n\u00e1r\u016fst prodej\u016f v tomto segmentu o hodn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje <strong>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel UVDL \u010cR.<\/strong> Podle agentury Nielsen klesly tr\u017eby z prodeje lihovin v gastronomii (on-trade) za obdob\u00ed leden a\u017e z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed o 2,2 mld. K\u010d, zat\u00edmco prodeje v obchodech (off-trade) vzrostly jen o 200 milion\u016f K\u010d (u piva \u010dinil n\u00e1r\u016fst za stejn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed 1,1 mld. K\u010d).<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Inkaso spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b za lihoviny kleslo o 240 mil. K\u010d<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159esto\u017ee prodej lihovin v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce zna\u010dn\u011b klesnul, na vybran\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani se tento pokles p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neprojevil. St\u00e1t od ledna do \u0159\u00edjna vybral pouze o 240 mil. K\u010d m\u00e9n\u011b ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm v roce 2019. Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem je v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny (o 13,2 %) platn\u00e9 od 1. ledna 2020. <em>\u201eProdejci se na konci roku 2019 p\u0159edz\u00e1sobili, co\u017e se v\u00fdznamn\u011b projevilo na inkasu spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b v lednu a v \u00fanoru, kdy \u010d\u00e1stka za oba m\u011bs\u00edce p\u0159ekro\u010dila 2,9 mld. K\u010d. Splatnost spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b je toti\u017e 55 dn\u00ed. Naopak v b\u0159eznu a\u017e \u010dervenci v d\u016fsledku koronavirov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed vybral st\u00e1t v\u016fbec nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed sumu za posledn\u00edch 6 let,\u201c<\/em> komentuje situaci <strong>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk<\/strong> a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em>\u201eV inkasu za srpen a z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se pak projevilo op\u011btovn\u00e9 otev\u0159en\u00ed HORECA sektoru na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u010dervna.\u201c<\/em> Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b se p\u0159itom jin\u00fdch druh\u016f alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f nedotklo.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky je da\u0148ov\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed lihovin zcela ne\u00fam\u011brn\u00e9 objem\u016fm prodeje i spole\u010densk\u00fdm dopad\u016fm ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi druhy alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. Nerovnost spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b se projevuje v nov\u00e9m sv\u011btle pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u016fsoben\u00edm koronavirov\u00e9 pandemie a v\u00fdrazn\u011b zt\u011b\u017euje podm\u00ednky k tomu, aby se v\u00fdrobci lihovin mohli vyrovnat s jej\u00edmi n\u00e1sledky.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Spot\u0159eba alkoholu b\u011bhem pandemie sp\u00ed\u0161e stagnuje<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle pr\u016fzkumu agentury Ipsos, kter\u00fd si nechala vypracovat UVDL \u010cR na vzorku 1100 respondent\u016f, spot\u0159eba alkoholu b\u011bhem pandemie sp\u00ed\u0161e stagnuje. 12 % respondent\u016f alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje v\u016fbec nepije a v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina respondent\u016f (51 %) uvedla, \u017ee konzumuje alkohol st\u00e1le stejn\u011b jako p\u0159ed pandemi\u00ed. Zbyl\u00e9 respondenty lze t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 shodn\u011b rozd\u011blit do 2 skupin \u2013 a to skupiny, kter\u00e1 konzumaci alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f sn\u00ed\u017eila a skupiny, kter\u00e1 konzumaci m\u00edrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila. Jako hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvod omezen\u00ed konzumace alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci v\u00fdzkumu uzav\u0159en\u00ed restaurac\u00ed, bar\u016f a jin\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (54 %), zm\u011bnu \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu (25 %) a teprve pot\u00e9 finance (18 %). <em>\u201eV\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu n\u00e1m potvrdily, \u017ee \u010ce\u0161i konzumaci alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f v obdob\u00ed koronakrize nijak nezv\u00fd\u0161ili a ve\u0161ker\u00e9 popla\u0161n\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy, kter\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 sly\u0161et z r\u016fzn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 interpretace prodej\u016f, kdy se za sm\u011brodatn\u00fd bere pouze prodej v maloobchod\u011b, ale v\u016fbec se neuva\u017euje o propadu prodej\u016f v HORECA segmentu a jin\u00fdch kan\u00e1lech prodej\u016f (nap\u0159\u00edklad leti\u0161t\u011b, pohrani\u010dn\u00ed prodeje, cash &amp; Celkov\u00e9 tr\u017eby za prodej lihovin v gastronomii (on-trade) se vlivem karant\u00e9nn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eily o 2,2 mld. K\u010d. P\u0159esto st\u00e1t na spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani za lihoviny v lednu a\u017e \u0159\u00edjnu ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm v roce 2019 vybral pouze o 240 mil. K\u010d m\u00e9n\u011b. M\u016f\u017ee za to extr\u00e9mn\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny o 13,2 % od 1. ledna 2020. Mezi alkoholick\u00fdmi n\u00e1poji jsou p\u0159itom lihoviny zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u00ed nejv\u00edce i p\u0159esto, \u017ee jejich spot\u0159eba \u010din\u00ed pouze 27 % z celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby alkoholu v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e6e7db elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e6e7db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky (UVDL \u010cR) zaznamenala za leden a\u017e \u0159\u00edjen ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159edchoz\u00edm rokem pokles prodej\u016f sv\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f o 38 % a do konce roku zlep\u0161en\u00ed i p\u0159es tradi\u010dn\u011b siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed sv\u00e1tky neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1. <em>\u201eUzav\u0159en\u00ed HORECA segmentu v p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed je pro n\u00e1s velkou ranou. V gastronomii se prod\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 50 % celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby lihovin. Tyto ztr\u00e1ty nejsou schopny vykompenzovat i m\u00edrn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed prodeje v maloobchod\u011b. Zat\u00edmco konzumenti piva a v\u00edna p\u0159e\u0161li hojn\u011b na n\u00e1kup t\u011bchto n\u00e1poj\u016f v maloobchod\u011b, u lihovin je n\u00e1r\u016fst prodej\u016f v tomto segmentu o hodn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje <strong>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel UVDL \u010cR.<\/strong> Podle agentury Nielsen klesly tr\u017eby z prodeje lihovin v gastronomii (on-trade) za obdob\u00ed leden a\u017e z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed o 2,2 mld. K\u010d, zat\u00edmco prodeje v obchodech (off-trade) vzrostly jen o 200 milion\u016f K\u010d (u piva \u010dinil n\u00e1r\u016fst za stejn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed 1,1 mld. K\u010d).<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Inkaso spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b za lihoviny kleslo o 240 mil. K\u010d<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159esto\u017ee prodej lihovin v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce zna\u010dn\u011b klesnul, na vybran\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani se tento pokles p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neprojevil. St\u00e1t od ledna do \u0159\u00edjna vybral pouze o 240 mil. K\u010d m\u00e9n\u011b ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm v roce 2019. Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem je v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny (o 13,2 %) platn\u00e9 od 1. ledna 2020. <em>\u201eProdejci se na konci roku 2019 p\u0159edz\u00e1sobili, co\u017e se v\u00fdznamn\u011b projevilo na inkasu spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b v lednu a v \u00fanoru, kdy \u010d\u00e1stka za oba m\u011bs\u00edce p\u0159ekro\u010dila 2,9 mld. K\u010d. Splatnost spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b je toti\u017e 55 dn\u00ed. Naopak v b\u0159eznu a\u017e \u010dervenci v d\u016fsledku koronavirov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed vybral st\u00e1t v\u016fbec nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed sumu za posledn\u00edch 6 let,\u201c<\/em> komentuje situaci <strong>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk<\/strong> a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em>\u201eV inkasu za srpen a z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se pak projevilo op\u011btovn\u00e9 otev\u0159en\u00ed HORECA sektoru na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u010dervna.\u201c<\/em> Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b se p\u0159itom jin\u00fdch druh\u016f alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f nedotklo.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky je da\u0148ov\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed lihovin zcela ne\u00fam\u011brn\u00e9 objem\u016fm prodeje i spole\u010densk\u00fdm dopad\u016fm ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi druhy alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. Nerovnost spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b se projevuje v nov\u00e9m sv\u011btle pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u016fsoben\u00edm koronavirov\u00e9 pandemie a v\u00fdrazn\u011b zt\u011b\u017euje podm\u00ednky k tomu, aby se v\u00fdrobci lihovin mohli vyrovnat s jej\u00edmi n\u00e1sledky.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Spot\u0159eba alkoholu b\u011bhem pandemie sp\u00ed\u0161e stagnuje<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle pr\u016fzkumu agentury Ipsos, kter\u00fd si nechala vypracovat UVDL \u010cR na vzorku 1100 respondent\u016f, spot\u0159eba alkoholu b\u011bhem pandemie sp\u00ed\u0161e stagnuje. 12 % respondent\u016f alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje v\u016fbec nepije a v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina respondent\u016f (51 %) uvedla, \u017ee konzumuje alkohol st\u00e1le stejn\u011b jako p\u0159ed pandemi\u00ed. Zbyl\u00e9 respondenty lze t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 shodn\u011b rozd\u011blit do 2 skupin \u2013 a to skupiny, kter\u00e1 konzumaci alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f sn\u00ed\u017eila a skupiny, kter\u00e1 konzumaci m\u00edrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila.
