I p\u0159es v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny o 13,2 % po\u010d\u00e1tkem roku 2020 tak sektor lihovin do st\u00e1tn\u00ed kasy v\u00edce pen\u011bz nep\u0159inesl. Souvis\u00ed to s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed konzumac\u00ed lihovin b\u011bhem koronavirov\u00e9 pandemie (meziro\u010dn\u011b pokles prodej\u016f o 4,3 %). Spot\u0159eba lihovin nav\u00edc i dlouhodob\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b kles\u00e1.1 Zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed lihovin spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u00ed je p\u0159itom t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 3 kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pivem p\u0159i porovn\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b konzumovan\u00fdch porc\u00ed (0,5 l u piva a 0,04 l u 40% lihoviny). Inkaso spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b za alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje bylo meziro\u010dn\u011b o 5,3 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b49fb1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b49fb1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lihoviny jsou mezi alkoholick\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobky nejv\u00edce zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u00ed. 60 % z celkov\u00e9ho inkasa za alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje za rok 2020 p\u0159ipadlo pr\u00e1v\u011b na sektor lihovin, p\u0159esto, \u017ee se pod\u00edlej\u00ed pouze 28% na celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b alkoholu. St\u00e1t ve spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani za lihoviny vybral 7,8 mld. K\u010d. O 5,7 % m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e v roce 2019, i p\u0159esto, \u017ee se sazba zv\u00fd\u0161ila o 13,2 %. Pivovary odvedly na spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani o 199 mil. K\u010d (4,2 %) m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e v roce 2019. Naopak \u0161umiv\u00e9 v\u00edno bylo v roce 2020 na vzestupu, inkaso za n\u011bj bylo o 10 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed (o 41 mil. K\u010d). Na tich\u00e9 v\u00edno je v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice nulov\u00e1 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148, a to p\u0159esto, \u017ee v\u00edce ne\u017e 2\/3 celkov\u00e9ho objemu v\u00edna se na n\u00e1\u0161 trh dov\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR (UVDL \u010cR) dlouhodob\u011b upozor\u0148uje na nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed segmentu lihovin ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi druhy alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. Lihoviny jsou ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pivem zat\u00ed\u017eeny spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u00ed 3 kr\u00e1t v\u00edce. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b sousedn\u00edch zem\u00ed je rozd\u00edl v zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed lihovin a ostatn\u00edch alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Dle v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f UVDL \u010cR by st\u00e1t p\u0159i uplatn\u011bn\u00ed jednotn\u00e9 sazby dan\u011b na l\u00edh u v\u0161ech druh\u016f alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f vybral v roce 2020 a\u017e o 14 mld. K\u010d v\u00edce.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201e\u010ce\u0161i v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce zkonzumovali p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 2,4 mil. litr\u016f lihovin m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e v roce 2019. Nav\u00edc spot\u0159eba dlouhodob\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b kles\u00e1. Naopak spot\u0159eba v\u00edna m\u00edrn\u011b stoup\u00e1, ale s v\u00fdjimkou \u0161umiv\u00e9ho v\u00edna m\u00e1 nulovou <\/em><i>spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148,\u201c <\/i>uv\u00e1d\u00ed <b>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel UVDL \u010cR<\/b> a dopl\u0148uje:<em> \u201eSt\u00e1tn\u00ed instituce ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm zdan\u011bn\u00edm vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti klamnou p\u0159edstavu, \u017ee v\u00edno nebo pivo obsahuj\u00ed jin\u00fd alkohol. P\u0159itom tyto n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00ed ten sam\u00fd alkohol jako lihoviny a co nav\u00edc, vypije se ho ve form\u011b piva a v\u00edna 3x v\u00edce. St\u00e1tn\u00ed kasa ale za 3x v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed objem utr\u017e\u00ed o 40 % m\u00e9n\u011b. Nesystemati\u010dnost ve spot\u0159ebn\u00edm zdan\u011bn\u00ed dramaticky zvy\u0161uje diskriminaci mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi typy n\u00e1poj\u016f a dezorientaci lid\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p><h2>Zdan\u011bn\u00ed tich\u00e9ho v\u00edna by mohlo do st\u00e1tn\u00ed kasy p\u0159in\u00e9st minim\u00e1ln\u011b 1,8 mld. K\u010d<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ze Studie o spole\u010densk\u00fdch n\u00e1kladech konzumace alkoholu v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice zpracovan\u00e9 spole\u010dnost\u00ed iHETA v roce 2019 vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed vliv na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed m\u00e1 celkov\u00fd obsah po\u017eit\u00e9ho etanolu nikoliv typ alkoholick\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje.2 R\u016fzn\u00e1 sazba spot\u0159ebn\u00edho zdan\u011bn\u00ed u jednotliv\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f to v praxi nicm\u00e9n\u011b nereflektuje. Na tich\u00e9 v\u00edno je u n\u00e1s i p\u0159es zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se spot\u0159ebu sazba nulov\u00e1. CEVRO Institut ve sv\u00e9 studii z roku 2020 doporu\u010duje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b u tich\u00e9ho v\u00edna ve v\u00fd\u0161i 1000 K\u010d\/hl s v\u00fdjimkou pro mal\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 a moravsk\u00e9 vina\u0159e.3 Takov\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed by p\u0159ineslo a\u017e 1,8 mld. K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b. Naopak vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed zdan\u011bn\u00ed lihovin studie ji\u017e nedoporu\u010duje z d\u016fvodu mo\u017en\u00e9ho p\u0159esunu v\u00fdrobc\u016f i spot\u0159ebitel\u016f do \u0161ed\u00e9 ekonomiky. UVDL \u010cR tak\u00e9 upozor\u0148uje na mo\u017en\u00fd p\u0159echod spot\u0159ebitel\u016f na jin\u00e9, t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed, neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed, av\u0161ak levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed drogy.<\/p><h2>There is Only One Alcohol<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UVDL \u010cR na podzim lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku spustila eduka\u010dn\u00ed kampa\u0148 s Pepou V\u00edpilem, kter\u00fd na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee nen\u00ed a\u017e tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 co, ale kolik toho lid\u00e9 vypij\u00ed. Tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed kampan\u011b je personifikovan\u00e1 postava Pepy V\u00edpila, jeho\u017e jm\u00e9no se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z prvn\u00edch p\u00edsmen slov <strong>V\u00cd<\/strong>no, <strong>PI<\/strong>vo, <strong>L<\/strong>ihoviny a poukazuje na fakt, \u017ee u v\u0161echny alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00ed jeden a ten sam\u00fd etanol. I p\u0159es v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b na lihoviny o 13,2 % po\u010d\u00e1tkem roku 2020 tak sektor lihovin do st\u00e1tn\u00ed kasy v\u00edce pen\u011bz nep\u0159inesl. Souvis\u00ed to s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed konzumac\u00ed lihovin b\u011bhem koronavirov\u00e9 pandemie (meziro\u010dn\u011b pokles prodej\u016f o 4,3 %). Spot\u0159eba lihovin nav\u00edc i dlouhodob\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b kles\u00e1.1 Zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed lihovin spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u00ed je p\u0159itom t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 3 kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pivem p\u0159i porovn\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b konzumovan\u00fdch porc\u00ed (0,5 l u piva a 0,04 l u 40% lihoviny). Inkaso spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b za alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje bylo meziro\u010dn\u011b o 5,3 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6170896 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6170896\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lihoviny jsou mezi alkoholick\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobky nejv\u00edce zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u00ed. 60 % z celkov\u00e9ho inkasa za alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje za rok 2020 p\u0159ipadlo pr\u00e1v\u011b na sektor lihovin, p\u0159esto, \u017ee se pod\u00edlej\u00ed pouze 28% na celkov\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b alkoholu. St\u00e1t ve spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani za lihoviny vybral 7,8 mld. K\u010d. O 5,7 % m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e v roce 2019, i p\u0159esto, \u017ee se sazba zv\u00fd\u0161ila o 13,2 %. Pivovary odvedly na spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani o 199 mil. K\u010d (4,2 %) m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e v roce 2019. Naopak \u0161umiv\u00e9 v\u00edno bylo v roce 2020 na vzestupu, inkaso za n\u011bj bylo o 10 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed (o 41 mil. K\u010d). Na tich\u00e9 v\u00edno je v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice nulov\u00e1 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148, a to p\u0159esto, \u017ee v\u00edce ne\u017e 2\/3 celkov\u00e9ho objemu v\u00edna se na n\u00e1\u0161 trh dov\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR (UVDL \u010cR) dlouhodob\u011b upozor\u0148uje na nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed segmentu lihovin ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi druhy alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. Lihoviny jsou ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pivem zat\u00ed\u017eeny spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u00ed 3 kr\u00e1t v\u00edce. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b sousedn\u00edch zem\u00ed je rozd\u00edl v zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed lihovin a ostatn\u00edch alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Dle v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f UVDL \u010cR by st\u00e1t p\u0159i uplatn\u011bn\u00ed jednotn\u00e9 sazby dan\u011b na l\u00edh u v\u0161ech druh\u016f alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f vybral v roce 2020 a\u017e o 14 mld. K\u010d v\u00edce.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201e\u010ce\u0161i v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce zkonzumovali p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 2,4 mil. litr\u016f lihovin m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e v roce 2019. Nav\u00edc spot\u0159eba dlouhodob\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b kles\u00e1. Naopak spot\u0159eba v\u00edna m\u00edrn\u011b stoup\u00e1, ale s v\u00fdjimkou \u0161umiv\u00e9ho v\u00edna m\u00e1 nulovou <\/em><i>spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148,\u201c <\/i>uv\u00e1d\u00ed <b>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel UVDL \u010cR<\/b> a dopl\u0148uje:<em> \u201eSt\u00e1tn\u00ed instituce ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm zdan\u011bn\u00edm vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti klamnou p\u0159edstavu, \u017ee v\u00edno nebo pivo obsahuj\u00ed jin\u00fd alkohol. P\u0159itom tyto n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00ed ten sam\u00fd alkohol jako lihoviny a co nav\u00edc, vypije se ho ve form\u011b piva a v\u00edna 3x v\u00edce. St\u00e1tn\u00ed kasa ale za 3x v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed objem utr\u017e\u00ed o 40 % m\u00e9n\u011b. Nesystemati\u010dnost ve spot\u0159ebn\u00edm zdan\u011bn\u00ed dramaticky zvy\u0161uje diskriminaci mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi typy n\u00e1poj\u016f a dezorientaci lid\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p><h2>Zdan\u011bn\u00ed tich\u00e9ho v\u00edna by mohlo do st\u00e1tn\u00ed kasy p\u0159in\u00e9st minim\u00e1ln\u011b 1,8 mld. K\u010d<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ze Studie o spole\u010densk\u00fdch n\u00e1kladech konzumace alkoholu v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice zpracovan\u00e9 spole\u010dnost\u00ed iHETA v roce 2019 vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed vliv na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed m\u00e1 celkov\u00fd obsah po\u017eit\u00e9ho etanolu nikoliv typ alkoholick\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje.2 R\u016fzn\u00e1 sazba spot\u0159ebn\u00edho zdan\u011bn\u00ed u jednotliv\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f to v praxi nicm\u00e9n\u011b nereflektuje. Na tich\u00e9 v\u00edno je u n\u00e1s i p\u0159es zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se spot\u0159ebu sazba nulov\u00e1. CEVRO Institut ve sv\u00e9 studii z roku 2020 doporu\u010duje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b u tich\u00e9ho v\u00edna ve v\u00fd\u0161i 1000 K\u010d\/hl s v\u00fdjimkou pro mal\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 a moravsk\u00e9 vina\u0159e.3 Takov\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed by p\u0159ineslo a\u017e 1,8 mld. K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b. Naopak vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed zdan\u011bn\u00ed lihovin studie ji\u017e nedoporu\u010duje z d\u016fvodu mo\u017en\u00e9ho p\u0159esunu v\u00fdrobc\u016f i spot\u0159ebitel\u016f do \u0161ed\u00e9 ekonomiky. UVDL \u010cR tak\u00e9 upozor\u0148uje na mo\u017en\u00fd p\u0159echod spot\u0159ebitel\u016f na jin\u00e9, t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed, neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed, av\u0161ak levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed drogy.<\/p><h2>There is Only One Alcohol<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UVDL \u010cR na podzim lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku spustila eduka\u010dn\u00ed kampa\u0148 s Pepou V\u00edpilem, kter\u00fd na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee nen\u00ed a\u017e tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 co, ale kolik toho lid\u00e9 vypij\u00ed. Tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed kampan\u011b je personifikovan\u00e1 postava Pepy V\u00edpila, jeho\u017e jm\u00e9no se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z prvn\u00edch p\u00edsmen slov <strong>V\u00cd<\/strong>no, <strong>PI<\/strong>vo, <strong>L<\/strong>ihoviny a poukazuje na fakt, \u017ee u v\u0161echny alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00ed jeden a ten sam\u00fd etanol.
