Podle konsolida\u010dn\u00edho bal\u00ed\u010dku m\u011bl st\u00e1t na spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani vybrat v\u00a0roce 2025 o 1,4 mld K\u010d v\u00edce ne\u017e v\u00a0roce 2022. Jen\u017ee realita jde opa\u010dn\u00fdm sm\u011brem! Zat\u00edmco sazba dan\u011b z lihu vzrostla mezi lety 2023 a\u017e 2025 o v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011btinu, inkaso se \u201es r\u016fstem sazby nerozjelo\u201c, ale naopak v\u00a0letech 2024 a 2025 dokonce kleslo. Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR (UVDL) upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee tento v\u00fdvoj nen\u00ed jen statistick\u00e1 odchylka, ale varovn\u00fd sign\u00e1l, \u017ee se \u010d\u00e1st trhu odl\u00e9v\u00e1 mimo leg\u00e1ln\u00ed zdan\u011bn\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u2013 do \u0161ed\u00e9 a \u010dern\u00e9 z\u00f3ny a v men\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e tak\u00e9 do p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1kup\u016f.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b49fb1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b49fb1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eMinul\u00e1 vl\u00e1da Petra Fialy opakovan\u011b, nepromy\u0161len\u011b a diskrimina\u010dn\u011b v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u011b u lihovin zvy\u0161ovala sazbu spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b, ale inkaso se s r\u016fstem sazby nezv\u00fd\u0161ilo, a naopak za\u010dalo klesat. To je nejen v rozporu s\u00a0o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm minul\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy, a i p\u0159i klesaj\u00edc\u00ed spot\u0159eb\u011b alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f je to siln\u00fd sign\u00e1l, \u017ee se \u010d\u00e1st trhu p\u0159esouv\u00e1 do neleg\u00e1ln\u00edho, a tedy nezdan\u011bn\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <\/span><b>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR, kter\u00e1 zastupuje zhruba 85 % leg\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu lihovin a jej\u00ed\u017e \u010dlenov\u00e9 za posledn\u00edch p\u011bt let odvedli do st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu v\u00edce ne\u017e 43 miliard korun na spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla z \u00fa\u010dtu st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu jsou v tomto ohledu zcela v\u00fdmluvn\u00e1. Inkaso spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b z lihu \u010dinilo v roce 2023 celkem 8,972 miliardy korun, v roce 2024 8,965 miliardy a v roce 2025 8,864 miliardy korun, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 pokles zhruba o 1,1 % mezi roky 2024 a 2025. Sou\u010dasn\u011b ale st\u00e1t zvy\u0161oval sazbu dan\u011b: z 32 250 K\u010d\/hl etanolu v roce 2023 na 35 500 K\u010d\/hl v roce 2024 a na 39 100 K\u010d\/hl v roce 2025, tedy celkem o 21,2 %. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eTa jednoduch\u00e1 v\u011bta vystihuje probl\u00e9m. Sazba \u0161la o v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011btinu nahoru, inkaso ne,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Darebn\u00edk.<\/span><i><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UVDL p\u0159itom otev\u0159en\u011b potvrzuje, \u017ee spot\u0159eba alkoholu v \u010cesku kles\u00e1 a \u017ee je f\u00e9rov\u00e9 s t\u00edm p\u0159i interpretaci pracovat. Podle posledn\u00edch dostupn\u00fdch dat klesla spot\u0159eba lihovin (p\u0159epo\u010dteno na 40 %) z 6,63 litru na osobu v roce 2023 na 6,05 litru v roce 2024; kles\u00e1 i spot\u0159eba piva a v\u00edna. Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je podle Unie z\u00e1sadn\u00ed d\u00edvat se na to, co d\u011bl\u00e1 inkaso v okam\u017eiku, kdy sazba roste. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ePokud by platilo, \u017ee jde jen o spot\u0159ebu, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed sazby o dal\u0161\u00edch 10 % v roce 2025 by se muselo na inkasu projevit. Nestalo se. A to je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd moment,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Darebn\u00edk.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle UVDL existuje jednoduch\u00fd test, kter\u00fd se ned\u00e1 obej\u00edt. Mezi roky 2024 a 2025 vzrostla sazba o 10,1 %, inkaso ale kleslo zhruba o 1,1 %. Aby tento v\u00fdvoj \u0161el vysv\u011btlit pouze poklesem leg\u00e1ln\u00ed spot\u0159eby, musel by leg\u00e1ln\u00ed trh v roce 2025 spadnout p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 10 % v jedin\u00e9m roce. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eJin\u00fdmi slovy: bu\u010f by musel nastat mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd dvoucifern\u00fd propad leg\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu, nebo ten objem n\u011bkde miz\u00ed. Kde? P\u0159es hranice, nebo mimo leg\u00e1ln\u00ed prodej. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tomu odpov\u00edd\u00e1 logika da\u0148ov\u00e9ho tlaku. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi leg\u00e1ln\u00ed a neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed cenou, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed motivace syst\u00e9m obch\u00e1zet,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vysv\u011btluje Darebn\u00edk.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UVDL z\u00e1rove\u0148 upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee rok 2024 je nutn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edst obez\u0159etn\u011b i kv\u016fli mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9mu \u201ep\u0159edz\u00e1soben\u00ed\u201c na konci roku 2023, kdy se trh z\u00e1sobil zbo\u017e\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b za star\u0161\u00ed sazbu. Vzhledem ke splatnosti dan\u011b 55 dn\u00ed od posledn\u00edho dne m\u011bs\u00edce, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e byla da\u0148 vym\u011b\u0159ena, se tento efekt prom\u00edtl do ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho inkasa v lednu a \u00fanoru 2024 a \u010d\u00e1st propadu tak mohl statisticky \u201ezamaskovat\u201c. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto Unie klade d\u016fraz na v\u00fdvoj v roce 2025, kde u\u017e se efekt \u010dasov\u00e9ho posunu nem\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdmluvou \u2013 da\u0148 se znovu zv\u00fd\u0161ila, ale inkaso se stejn\u011b nezvedlo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unie p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed kan\u00e1l nen\u00ed \u201ehypot\u00e9za od stolu\u201c. V \u010desk\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch je realistick\u00fd zejm\u00e9na sm\u011brem do N\u011bmecka a Rakouska, tedy do zem\u00ed, kde mohou b\u00fdt pro \u010desk\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebitele n\u011bkter\u00e9 lihoviny cenov\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na dom\u00e1c\u00edm trhu. UVDL zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee zahrani\u010d\u00ed nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako \u201ed\u016fkaz na\u0161ich ztr\u00e1t\u201c, ale jako vysv\u011btlen\u00ed mechanismu: kdy\u017e \u010cesko zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed sazbu a cenov\u00fd rozd\u00edl se prohloub\u00ed, p\u0159irozen\u011b roste motivace nakupovat mimo tuzemsk\u00fd vysoce zdan\u011bn\u00fd trh.<\/span><i><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle UVDL je ale je\u0161t\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druh\u00fd kan\u00e1l \u2013 \u0161ed\u00e1 a \u010dern\u00e1 z\u00f3na. Jakmile da\u0148ov\u00fd tlak p\u0159estane p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd v\u00fdnos, je to podle Unie sign\u00e1l, \u017ee vymahatelnost nest\u00edh\u00e1 cenov\u00fd motiv a \u017ee se zvy\u0161uje prostor pro neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed nab\u00eddku. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eNe\u0159\u00edk\u00e1me, \u017ee klesaj\u00edc\u00ed spot\u0159eba alkoholu nehraje v inkasu spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b roli. Hraje. Ale st\u00e1t nem\u016f\u017ee stav\u011bt rozpo\u010dtov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny na tom, \u017ee bude zvy\u0161ovat sazbu, a sou\u010dasn\u011b podcen\u00ed kontrolu neleg\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu. Pokud st\u00e1t zvy\u0161uje sazby a sou\u010dasn\u011b neud\u011bl\u00e1 tvrd\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed proti neleg\u00e1ln\u00edmu lihu a p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00edm n\u00e1kup\u016fm, v\u00fdsledkem je p\u0159esn\u011b to, co vid\u00edme: p\u0159\u00edjmy st\u00e1tu nerostou, dom\u00e1c\u00ed producenti jsou pod extr\u00e9mn\u00edm tlakem a naopak bobtn\u00e1 \u010dern\u00fd trh a ruce si mnou ti, kter\u00fdch se spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148 net\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u016fbec nebo u jejich\u017e v\u00fdrobk\u016f sazba neroste,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk.<\/span><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR sdru\u017euje kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 leg\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobce a dovozce, tedy firmy, kter\u00e9 podl\u00e9haj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 regulaci, kontrol\u00e1m a odv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed dan\u011b v pln\u00e9m rozsahu. Vedle legislativn\u00ed a odborn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce se dlouhodob\u011b pod\u00edl\u00ed tak\u00e9 na preventivn\u00edch a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch aktivit\u00e1ch zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na odpov\u011bdnou konzumaci alkoholu, prevenci rizikov\u00e9ho pit\u00ed a ochranu mladistv\u00fdch. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eJestli chceme opravdu chr\u00e1nit ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed i ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 rozpo\u010dty, nem\u016f\u017eeme podporovat prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde se leg\u00e1ln\u00ed trh oslabuje a neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed posiluje. Spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd funguje. To je nejen v rozporu s\u00a0o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm minul\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy, a i p\u0159i klesaj\u00edc\u00ed spot\u0159eb\u011b alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f je to siln\u00fd sign\u00e1l, \u017ee se \u010d\u00e1st trhu p\u0159esouv\u00e1 do neleg\u00e1ln\u00edho, a tedy nezdan\u011bn\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <\/span><b>Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR, kter\u00e1 zastupuje zhruba 85 % leg\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu lihovin a jej\u00ed\u017e \u010dlenov\u00e9 za posledn\u00edch p\u011bt let odvedli do st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu v\u00edce ne\u017e 43 miliard korun na spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani.<\/span><i><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla z \u00fa\u010dtu st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu jsou v tomto ohledu zcela v\u00fdmluvn\u00e1. Inkaso spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b z lihu \u010dinilo v roce 2023 celkem 8,972 miliardy korun, v roce 2024 8,965 miliardy a v roce 2025 8,864 miliardy korun, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 pokles zhruba o 1,1 % mezi roky 2024 a 2025. Sou\u010dasn\u011b ale st\u00e1t zvy\u0161oval sazbu dan\u011b: z 32 250 K\u010d\/hl etanolu v roce 2023 na 35 500 K\u010d\/hl v roce 2024 a na 39 100 K\u010d\/hl v roce 2025, tedy celkem o 21,2 %. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eTa jednoduch\u00e1 v\u011bta vystihuje probl\u00e9m. Sazba \u0161la o v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011btinu nahoru, inkaso ne,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Darebn\u00edk.<\/span><i><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UVDL p\u0159itom otev\u0159en\u011b potvrzuje, \u017ee spot\u0159eba alkoholu v \u010cesku kles\u00e1 a \u017ee je f\u00e9rov\u00e9 s t\u00edm p\u0159i interpretaci pracovat. Podle posledn\u00edch dostupn\u00fdch dat klesla spot\u0159eba lihovin (p\u0159epo\u010dteno na 40 %) z 6,63 litru na osobu v roce 2023 na 6,05 litru v roce 2024; kles\u00e1 i spot\u0159eba piva a v\u00edna. Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je podle Unie z\u00e1sadn\u00ed d\u00edvat se na to, co d\u011bl\u00e1 inkaso v okam\u017eiku, kdy sazba roste. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ePokud by platilo, \u017ee jde jen o spot\u0159ebu, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed sazby o dal\u0161\u00edch 10 % v roce 2025 by se muselo na inkasu projevit. Nestalo se. Mezi roky 2024 a 2025 vzrostla sazba o 10,1 %, inkaso ale kleslo zhruba o 1,1 %. Aby tento v\u00fdvoj \u0161el vysv\u011btlit pouze poklesem leg\u00e1ln\u00ed spot\u0159eby, musel by leg\u00e1ln\u00ed trh v roce 2025 spadnout p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 10 % v jedin\u00e9m roce. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eJin\u00fdmi slovy: bu\u010f by musel nastat mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd dvoucifern\u00fd propad leg\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu, nebo ten objem n\u011bkde miz\u00ed. Kde? P\u0159es hranice, nebo mimo leg\u00e1ln\u00ed prodej. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tomu odpov\u00edd\u00e1 logika da\u0148ov\u00e9ho tlaku. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi leg\u00e1ln\u00ed a neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed cenou, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed motivace syst\u00e9m obch\u00e1zet,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vysv\u011btluje Darebn\u00edk.<\/span><i><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UVDL z\u00e1rove\u0148 upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee rok 2024 je nutn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edst obez\u0159etn\u011b i kv\u016fli mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9mu \u201ep\u0159edz\u00e1soben\u00ed\u201c na konci roku 2023, kdy se trh z\u00e1sobil zbo\u017e\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b za star\u0161\u00ed sazbu. Vzhledem ke splatnosti dan\u011b 55 dn\u00ed od posledn\u00edho dne m\u011bs\u00edce, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e byla da\u0148 vym\u011b\u0159ena, se tento efekt prom\u00edtl do ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho inkasa v lednu a \u00fanoru 2024 a \u010d\u00e1st propadu tak mohl statisticky \u201ezamaskovat\u201c. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto Unie klade d\u016fraz na v\u00fdvoj v roce 2025, kde u\u017e se efekt \u010dasov\u00e9ho posunu nem\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdmluvou \u2013 da\u0148 se znovu zv\u00fd\u0161ila, ale inkaso se stejn\u011b nezvedlo.<\/span><i><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unie p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed kan\u00e1l nen\u00ed \u201ehypot\u00e9za od stolu\u201c. V \u010desk\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch je realistick\u00fd zejm\u00e9na sm\u011brem do N\u011bmecka a Rakouska, tedy do zem\u00ed, kde mohou b\u00fdt pro \u010desk\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebitele n\u011bkter\u00e9 lihoviny cenov\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na dom\u00e1c\u00edm trhu. UVDL zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee zahrani\u010d\u00ed nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako \u201ed\u016fkaz na\u0161ich ztr\u00e1t\u201c, ale jako vysv\u011btlen\u00ed mechanismu: kdy\u017e \u010cesko zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed sazbu a cenov\u00fd rozd\u00edl se prohloub\u00ed, p\u0159irozen\u011b roste motivace nakupovat mimo tuzemsk\u00fd vysoce zdan\u011bn\u00fd trh.<\/span><i><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle UVDL je ale je\u0161t\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druh\u00fd kan\u00e1l \u2013 \u0161ed\u00e1 a \u010dern\u00e1 z\u00f3na. Jakmile da\u0148ov\u00fd tlak p\u0159estane p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd v\u00fdnos, je to podle Unie sign\u00e1l, \u017ee vymahatelnost nest\u00edh\u00e1 cenov\u00fd motiv a \u017ee se zvy\u0161uje prostor pro neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed nab\u00eddku. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eNe\u0159\u00edk\u00e1me, \u017ee klesaj\u00edc\u00ed spot\u0159eba alkoholu nehraje v inkasu spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b roli. Hraje. Ale st\u00e1t nem\u016f\u017ee stav\u011bt rozpo\u010dtov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny na tom, \u017ee bude zvy\u0161ovat sazbu, a sou\u010dasn\u011b podcen\u00ed kontrolu neleg\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu. Pokud st\u00e1t zvy\u0161uje sazby a sou\u010dasn\u011b neud\u011bl\u00e1 tvrd\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed proti neleg\u00e1ln\u00edmu lihu a p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00edm n\u00e1kup\u016fm, v\u00fdsledkem je p\u0159esn\u011b to, co vid\u00edme: p\u0159\u00edjmy st\u00e1tu nerostou, dom\u00e1c\u00ed producenti jsou pod extr\u00e9mn\u00edm tlakem a naopak bobtn\u00e1 \u010dern\u00fd trh a ruce si mnou ti, kter\u00fdch se spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148 net\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u016fbec nebo u jejich\u017e v\u00fdrobk\u016f sazba neroste,\u201c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Vladim\u00edr Darebn\u00edk.<\/span><i><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unie v\u00fdrobc\u016f a dovozc\u016f lihovin \u010cR sdru\u017euje kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 leg\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobce a dovozce, tedy firmy, kter\u00e9 podl\u00e9haj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 regulaci, kontrol\u00e1m a odv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed dan\u011b v pln\u00e9m rozsahu. Vedle legislativn\u00ed a odborn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce se dlouhodob\u011b pod\u00edl\u00ed tak\u00e9 na preventivn\u00edch a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch aktivit\u00e1ch zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na odpov\u011bdnou konzumaci alkoholu, prevenci rizikov\u00e9ho pit\u00ed a ochranu mladistv\u00fdch. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eJestli chceme opravdu chr\u00e1nit ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed i ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 rozpo\u010dty, nem\u016f\u017eeme podporovat prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde se leg\u00e1ln\u00ed trh oslabuje a neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed posiluje. Spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd funguje.
